The best way to discuss your salary expectations are to use your current earnings as an example if you are applying for a full time job. If you are applying for a part time job give a hourly range that you are comfortable with. Be open, and honest. Transparency is the best choice when salary based or hourly rate questions arise. Also do your research, is there a range that Sylvan Learning is currently offering?
