How do you define success?
What does success mean to you? Think of a time when you felt successful. Tell the interviewer how you see success and be sure to tie your answer into the success that you plan to bring to this particular position, should you be offered the role. This will give the interviewer a better sense of your values and what motivates you.
"I define success by my ability to reach the goals that are set out for me. On a personal level, the things I wish to achieve in my life such as a good relationship with my friends. On a work level, the success of my students. I am successful if I have done my best to help each and every student meet their goals."
