How to Answer
This question typically comes at the beginning of your interview when your nerves are on high alert. Many Suncor candidates even report being asked this question during an automated HireVue interview. Regardless of the format, it is important to get the answer right and customize your approach to match your communication style.
If you're great at memorization, develop a script and practice making it sound natural and enthusiastic. If you do better on the fly, make yourself a basic outline to work from and let your answer flow. Keep things simple and work in at least one fact about your experience or hobbies that will grab your interviewer's attention.
