"Whenever I have had a supervisor who does not properly communicate with me, I try to learn their style of communication and emulate it. Sometimes you simply have to relate to others in their style to be understood."

I feel a similar approach could work if I were struggling to communicate initially with a supervisor. To me, it's about respect and showing the other party you're doing all you can with what they provide. I am confident I would be able to successfully navigate any conflicts in communication style I might experience here at Suncor."
