Many roles at Suncor require a post-secondary degree. If that's the case for the role you're interested in, simply walk your interviewer through a few basic details of the program(s) you attended. If the relationship between the role you're interested in and your education isn't clear, try to draw a parallel in some way to show that your education will serve you well at Suncor, (e.g. you have a degree in philosophy and you're interviewing for a project manager position).
If you don't have a degree, don't worry. Your Suncor interviewer is likely aware of this fact and wanted to interview you anyway. Mention any notable classes you've taken on your own or any coursework you took in pursuit of a degree. Keep in mind that there are tons of fantastic resources available today to gain knowledge in any areas you feel uncomfortable with. For example, websites like a href'https://www.coursera.org/' Coursera/a allow students to audit classes from reputable institutions for free!
