"Presenting to large groups is a big part of successfully rolling out great communications to teams organization-wide. I have experience preparing the deck to be presented to ensure it is simple and thorough. I utilize different communication techniques to make a presentation fun, interesting, and engaging."

Certain roles at Suncor require advanced communication skills in group settings. If you're comfortable giving presentations, simply outline a recent example or two that applies to the role you're interviewing for. If your experience is limited, talk about any work you've done to prepare presentations or any classes you've taken in this area that you can apply. Keep in mind that experience in this area can come from settings outside of the office as well including university, volunteer, church, etcetera.

"I regularly contribute to our team's monthly update presentations that are delivered to a group of 70 people. While I do not have a speaking role, I am comfortable creating presentation materials and have observed closely what works well in similar settings.

I did take a speech class in college in which I regularly gave speeches in a variety of styles. I enjoyed the class and did well in it. I feel confident I will be able to effectively deliver any presentations I am assigned if hired here at Suncor."
