"I feel I could add value to the process of supporting Snapchat Minis partners in many ways. First, I would work with my teams to ensure that we have proper educational and support materials for the partner engineering teams. That may include the delivery of classes, training videos, technical reference guides, sample code, FAQs, etcetera. It would also include partnering with management to ensure we have engineering and support staff available to answer questions and provide real-time support as appropriate.
Secondly, I would work to meet with representatives with the partner companies regularly to understand their challenges and their ideas for future opportunities. I would market any newly available features and highlight upcoming initiatives. I would inquire about their roadmaps and learn about their vision for extending their business through Snapchat integration. This information would help me understand when they might need additional support and how I could align the Snapchat roadmap to complement their ideas.
Finally, I feel I could work to review the data captured through integration with their mini apps. I would want to analyze the impact of the inclusion of their apps and any related support trends that arise. I would then use this information to address any immediate needs and inform the strategic plan for future Snapchat Minis releases. Holistically, I feel these three aspects of my work as a product manager would add value to the Snapchat Minis partner experience."
