"I think that your company branding and in-store culture is exciting and upbeat. However, when I went to your website, I was a bit overwhelmed by all of the options given to me. If I could make any suggestion, I would recommend lightening the tone of your main page. I'd love for online visitors to have the same great experience as those who visit in person!"
