"I can tell that your customer service employees have a lot of training. I've always had a great experience shopping at Sephora. My last visit, I was having trouble finding a specific product. As soon as I came across a customer service employee, they knew what I was looking for and found it for me right away. I noticed the vibe is almost like a club culture when I go in. It's upbeat, exciting, and energetic. I like that about Sephora."
