"Based on my experience working in different technical departments over the years, I know there is a wide variety of skills people with a technical background can have. It will be important to outline the technical needs of the marketing tools we are creating before building the team and assigning specific tasks. Once the needs are clearly defined, technical team members would be matched up to tasks based on their skill set and experience. There could be some difficulty balancing skills and experience with interests. We may be faced with situations where the needs of the project will have to override the personal interests of the individual. I believe we can reach a level of compromise where team members can work collaboratively with others on different tasks, but they would still have a central task for which they are responsible."
