"During a normal day, I spend about 60% of my time writing code. The remainder of the day is spent reviewing my work, meeting with my manager, collaborating and I have a healthy competitive edge, even if it's a personal competition. For me, I am excited and motivated by doing my best; whether that means creating something new and unique, exceeding my KPI's or being recognized for a job well done.
