Talk to the interviewer about something that you would improve about yourself and what you are planning to do to achieve that.

"If I could improve anything about myself I would choose to improve my delegation skills. As a creative type, I tend to jump right into a project, thinking that I can do it all. And, I do succeed; however, implementing a teamwork mentality never hurts. I know that there are better and more efficient ways to accomplish some of the tasks related to the projects I work on and that people with skills sets different from mine could do these quicker than I can."
