Supervisor and employee relations are the key to any organization's success. The interviewer is asking this question for a couple of reasons. First, they need to determine if you are the kind of person who is teachable and willing to receive feedback. Second, an applicant who bad-mouths a former employer is likely to be a mal-content and a drama queen. Be careful about what you share. Keep positive about previous experiences and reassure the hiring manager that you are very willing to receive feedback and be the best employee possible.
