At Olive Garden, our purpose is simple: Hospitaliano. It's in the way we serve our customers, the way we take care of our employees, and the way that we give back to our communities. Talk to the interviewer about what Hospitaliano means to you. How would you incorporate Hospitaliano into your role here at Olive Garden?

"Hospitality is one of my foundational values in my work life and in my personal life. I always want people to feel comfortable, safe, accepted, and invited by me, whether I'm serving a table at work or welcoming a group of friends into my home. That's how I look at my role: my job is to make a table at work feel exactly how my friends feel when they are invited over for dinner. I treat my customers the way I treat my friends, and I think that customers can feel the difference. That's what Hospitaliano means to me."
