"My customer service strategy is really adaptable based on the kind of customers I'm serving. I use my intuition and experience to get a feel for what kind of service they expect and want. Sometimes, customers enjoy having friendly banter and chatting with me while I serve them, which always makes the shift fun for me, as well. Other tables prefer space and to be served without much interruption. I think it's important to follow your instincts with each individual customer. That's how I ensure every customer feels that their needs are coming first for me."

With me, I have the "Guest Wins" Mentality. It is more of hospitality than it is service. Hospitality comes from the heart, and it is genuine.
