First thing I would do is to take a deep breath, tell myself everything will be okay, and stay positive and not let anyone see me moody. Team members can sense it when something is going wrong. But honestly, stress at work is what makes work fun and rewarding.

Be careful not to refer to yourself as moody as this could raise a red flag for the interviewer. I have added a slight revision, below.
