Tell the interviewer about all the positive experiences you had in retail, and that is the reason you are applying for this job at Menards. You enjoy every day, helping a new person, working together with your coworkers, discovering new products that come to Menards. That is one thing for sure to be excited about; their are always new products being launched in Home Improvement! You enjoy learning about these products and can't wait to demonstrate them to customers. Sure there can be some negatives about retail, but for the most part, it is a fun and exciting job and you are eager to begin that experience with Menards.
