Describe a time when you had to sacrifice quality to complete a job?

Quality should always come first. When answering this question, make sure you demonstrate to the interviewer you would never sacrifice quality to get any job done faster. That is all this question is about. Just picture yourself as a Menards customer, what would you prefer, something done right, or something done half-way? Therefore when answering this, say, 'As a customer to Menards, I know this place is special because of it's quality. I would never sacrifice quality to complete a job. I'd rather stay extra hours to finish the job, then do something half-way.'
