"I have a lot of experience in using technology, like my phone. I find that my customers prefer to text or email rather than be hassled with a barrage of phone calls. Many of them ask for videos or spec sheets, and my phone and computer allow me to do so. Many of my sales have come from great follow-up habits. After the sale, I will also call previous buyers to schedule our maintenance services and ask for referrals. I find that it's a lucrative way to spend my downtime."
