Why should we not hire you?
The interviewer hopes to hear that there is no reason not to hire you! Tell the interviewer that you would be a great employee, and confidently share that there is no reason not to hire you. You might wrap it up by sharing that you are patient-focused, have a proven employment record, and have excellent references.
Focus on describing the attributes that make you a great employee and how they will benefit the Mayo Clinic if hired. Assure the interviewer there is no reason why they shouldn't hire you.
If you want to be considered for the job, avoid giving reasons why the interviewer should not hire you. You do not want to put doubt in the interviewer's mind and have them reconsider offering you the position.
"There is no reason why you should not hire me. I meet all of your educational and work experience requirements, and I am energetic, dependable, and have a strong work ethic. If you choose to hire me for the position, you will not be disappointed in my performance."
