I would consider myself to be a creative person because I am always seeking best practices to ensure success. As postmaster, I was a member of a district that had success in overnight delivery only between 80 to 83% of the time. I met with two other postmasters in my area who suggested mail seeding on specific days and at varying times. The findings assisted us in reaching a proactive solution to timely mail handling. Our scores improved to over 95% daily.
