Working in air freight can be a stressful job. How do you handle stress on the job?

Are you someone who can handle stress on the job? How do you manage the stressful times? Talk to the interviewer about your ability to control pressure in the workplace.

"I handle stress very well, and when you call my references, they will attest to this fact. When I am under pressure on the job, I focus on the task at hand and make sure not to get distracted. Staying on deadline is very helpful, and I will delegate when necessary to alleviate some stress."

"If I am feeling stressed on the job, I will take a minute to go outside for fresh air, take a deep breath, and think about what it is that is stressing me out. Usually, the answer is that I put too much pressure on myself!"

Anonymous Answer

Stressors do come up from time to time in any job. The key that has worked for me is to remain focused and coordinate with others, if necessary so that the project has several people working towards a common goal. I also delegate parts of a project if needed.
