In Quality, especially as an auditor or a compliance member, we are often thinking of continuous improvement efforts that will enable us to pass any inspection, audit, or interview, and that will also create a culture of Quality within the company. In my current role, I have implemented a CAPA management system that allowed for the active involvement of other departments in continuous improvement initiatives. Here at ICON, I know that your clients and other sponsors rely on you to be the best of the best and not have any issues. I would look forward to contributing to a company that puts quality first.
