I define success as my ability to reach the goals that are set out for me both personally and professionally. To me, professional goals not only include goals set for me by my managers, but also individual goals that will help me further my career and ultimately expand my knowledge.

Professional goals, whether self assigned or delegated, will only further my career and expand my knowledge and experience when they are accomplished as thoroughly as possible. This never comes through meeting expectations, yet rather through exceeding expectations. This requires every avenue and every approach to be fully followed through on when accomplishing a goal. Only then would this make me uniquely qualified to thoroughly train another individual on all aspects of accomplishing that task. Success is measured by success, and this is what success looks like to me.
