QUESTION 13 OF 31

How do you like to communication with your manager?

The interviewer would like to know what kind of relationship you have with your leader to picture if you'd be a fit with your new leader. Be honest. If your current manager relationships isn't awesome, it's ok to say that, but stay positive. If it is great, tell the interviewer why.

"I don't see my leader much because he is in meetings all day, so I end up emailing him but if it is high priority, I'll text and then find a time where we can chat in person. I don't need a high level of support, so this works and he always finds me when he needs me. I would love a bit more face-to-face support moving forward."
