So, unless I have the complete picture and can take the course of action I know I should take, I won't bring it to my superior's attention until I have something worthy to present. Otherwise, they'll ask me questions I should already have the answers to. If I'm going to distract them from the pressing concerns they face, I will make sure I've lightened the load as much as I can first."

"When I'm ordered to. I look to our senior management to make the big decisions. I'm working for them, after all. They're running the business and hold their positions for a reason. If they say to keep it quiet, that's what I'll do. If I come upon sensitive information, I'll withhold it from everyone aside from my superiors. How that information is handled should be their call, not mine."
