Clinically, the NCCN guidelines, Bethesda handbook, ClinicalTrials.Gov, and I am subscribed to the IMF (International Myeloma Foundation), ASH (American Society of Haematology), mailing list and webinars.
They provide overviews of the newest clinical trials from a variety of pharma/biotech industries.

I follow IT changes on multiple websites including AWS console and ServiceNow community. Accenture has a partnership with ServiceNow, and I speak with the SaaS team on ServiceNow support and Accenture support teams.
