This question is similar to asking about your greatest weakness and what you are doing to improve. Some interviewers dislike using the term weakness, so they will ask about a skill you would like to improve. You want to share a work-related skill, not a personal one. However, be sure you do not use a skill that is essential to your job duties, which would keep the interviewer from offering you the position.

"A skill I would like to improve is delegating tasks. I know it is an essential skill as a healthcare professional, and I am working on improving in this area. I am used to doing things myself and not asking for help, so it is a concept I am getting used to. To improve, I became the volunteer coordinator at my current job. My job is to assign tasks to the volunteers and follow up with them when they are done. Since I was appointed to this position, it has become much easier to delegate assignments and ask for help when needed."

"I am working on improving my typing speed. Currently, my speed is 40 words per minute, which is considered average. However, my goal is to increase my speed to 60 words per minute. I signed up for an online typing course and started three days ago. The course outline says students can go from average to advanced in thirty days, spending thirty minutes a day practicing. I aim to be at 60 words per minute in the next thirty days."
