The goal of Fraser Health Authority is to help patients manage their current condition and prevent any additional diagnosis from developing. Some classes include: Healthy Eating Series,
Weight Management, Stress Management, Managing Blood Pressure, Managing Cholesterol and Medication Management. While experience working with chronic conditions may not be necessary for the job for which you are applying, this is a good time to share any experience you do have with the interviewer.
