In my previous role in Sales and Marketing at a design company, which was client-facing, I always had to collaborate with all stakeholders in the value chain involved in the processes needed in product creation and service provision, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and value delivery to clients on schedule. A big client of ours wanted 1000 shirts made with specific branding guidelines for its foundation day; I had to liaise with stakeholders across multiple departments including finance, production, graphics, and packaging. I made sure to monitor the entire process, preventing and correcting mistakes and making sure production stay on schedule. This resulted in the timely delivery of products within client guidelines.
