At Continental we prefer to promote our staff internally. Do you have interest in a leadership or management role in the future?

The interviewer is attempting to assess if you are willing to make a long-term commitment to the company or whether you are seeking a temporary solution while you wait for something else. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to talk to the interviewer about any ambitions you may have regarding career growth with Continental. BE energetic and positive about any possible future roles that might come your way.
