Food safety is extremely important at Chipotle! Specifically with how damaging the recent outbreaks were to the company. The interviewer would like to know if you have taken any food specific training or certifications? If you are Food Safety Certified, be sure to bring that certification with you to your interview. If you know of any industry-specific certifications that may be required of you, be sure to address those in the interview.
