If hired for this position with Ceridian, you will be working with many different organizations in an HR consulting role. As part of the duties of your job, you'll need to have an extensive working knowledge of different systems and your interviewer will be looking to gain insight to your experience here with this question. In talking about your experience with different systems, make sure that your interviewer gets the sense that you are proficient in learning new systems and that you fully understand that capabilities that HR information systems are capable of.

"During the ten years that I've been in the HR field, I have extensive working knowledge in the Kronos and Oracle systems. My experience with these systems was focused on the database, time management and employee interface sections of the systems. In my current role, I helped develop and customize the staff interfacing portion of the system and the roll out of that interface went over extremely well. I feel that I am very proficient in learning new systems and I would be a step ahead of my competitors for this position in that aspect. And while I don't have a lot of experience on the payroll and benefits side of the common HRIS systems, learning and becoming proficient in them would not be an issue with new clients."
