"The VP of HR reached out to us to see if there was a way to improve the performance management module within our HRIS. The current module that existed was complex and didn't provide opportunities for 360 feedback, which is what the VP wanted to incorporate. As we are at the intersection of HR and technology, I always worked to maintain a knowledge of HR principles from both sides. This additional knowledge I gained from courses I've taken and research I've done allowed me to develop a new module within the system which allowed managers to request 360 feedback from employees, input their own questions or choose from a set of established questions, and run reports to review the feedback. I also made sure that it could be linked to each employee's file and saved with their annual performance reviews."
