In your answer, be sure to provide an example of why you prefer the system you do and how it's helped a company or team you've worked for to be more efficient and effective. If you haven't used it, do some research about the system and tell the interviewer what you like about it. If you truly aren't a fan of what they're using, tell them about what you like most and why as they may be open to change, but in this situation, explain that your job would be to make the current system more efficient.

"In my most recent position, we used Workday and I'm very impressed with its capabilities and how it's support the success of the HR team since its implementation. Prior to Workday, they used PeopleSoft and it was incredibly dated and inefficient from a technology standpoint. The change was made to move to Workday and once I had the chance to learn about it, its capabilities, and how it would support our internal client groups, I was incredibly excited.
