How would you rate your communication skills?

"I place a lot of value on clear and reliable communication. This ensures my team and I are on the same page, and that expectations are clear to ensure they are clearly met. If communication breaks down, or is inconsistent, that can lead to obvious problems, from misunderstandings, confused deadlines, or dissatisfaction with the quality of work performed. It also can easily result in cost overruns and rework. I consistently aim to deliver work that exceeds expectations, ahead of deadlines, every time. Anything I anticipate that may compromise my success rate in this regard will give me pause to take a moment and evaluate I am working smarter, not harder."
