To provide new employees with the best possible experience in their transition to their new role in the US, they offer many different venues for training that include text books, online course, 1:1 training, live webinars and personal coaching. Be up front and honest with your interviewer about how you best learn and explain why those methods work for you. Your interviewer will be looking to get insight as to how you learn best should you be hired by Avant Healthcare so they can get you up and running on assignment as soon as possible.
