I faced numerous challenges when working as a traffic controller for a Port Authority. I was responsible for directing traffic at the crosswalk and one day a ship came in late. Debarking and embarking started at the same time and I remained calm and collected when directing the shuttles to drop off while they were picking up passengers as well. I did not let these challenges affect my performance.

Some of the greatest challenges in my professional life would be meeting expected goals and budgets. The easiest way to overcome these were getting a great team together, keeping them well informed in the goals, and giving proper praise when completing them, or giving constructive feedback where it's needed.

Stephanie's Feedback
