If I had a nickel for every time I called my mom over the last few years for emotional support, I'd be a pretty rich girl. Last, I prioritize my well-being by exercising, eating well, getting sufficient rest, and taking time away to do the things I love. Sometimes that has meant staying away from going out at night with friends."
