My greatest strength as a trainer is my ability to create immersive training experiences with my Co's and learners. Along with ensuring that my presenters feel empowered in their space, I like to look for opportunities to engage with learners and pique their interests. I've done this through interactive gaming, polls, and even virtual scavenger hunts.

My greatest strength as a trainer is my ability to drive knowledge retention and deep engagement with my learners even with the presence of complex policies. For instance, I worked with X company and policies were "hard to digest". Keeping the team engagement high and translating business requirements to relatable training modules was a challenge. What I did was to ensure that I had relatable training sessions customized to my learners. I used gamification and real-world examples. Lastly, I made sure that we had activities, icebreakers not related to the training but to build relationships with each other. In the end, I was able to train more than 300 people that are now successful in their role and delivered high impact to the project. Most of them become my friends today. I believe, this experience of mine is very relevant to this role and I think I can leverage my skills to help out your organization further its mission.
