Your answer indicates you do have experience with video and photos. However, you can make the depth and breadth of your experience easier to understand by talking about the specific tools or technology you've used most recently and in what specific role. Then, work backward chronologically, illustrating the video or photo experience you've gained over the last 5-15 years so that it's easier for the interviewer to see how your experience has progressed over time.
