I'm interested in this agency because as I researched your organization, I was inspired by your mission to deliver efficient, innovative, and diverse services to customers. It reminds me of when I was still catering school lunches to charter schools where I committed to give exceptional customer service to all of my customers by listening to their concerns and resolving issues diligently. With those experiences, I gained a lot of skills and knowledge to be a good listener, how to handle various situations, and how to resolve issues. I'm looking for the opportunity to join your DMV technician team.
