This question is the perfect opportunity to show the interviewer that you've done your homework on the company and how you might fit into the open role. Tell the interviewer two or three reasons you want to be a Social Worker for their company. Memorize at least two reasons this job is a good match for your skills, strengths, experience, and background. What sets you apart from the other candidates? What can you bring to the table?

I'm interested in this agency because as I researched your organization, I was inspired by your mission to deliver efficient, innovative, and diverse services to customers. It reminds me of when I was still catering school lunches to charter schools where I committed to give exceptional customer service to all of my customers by listening to their concerns and resolving issues diligently. With those experiences, I gained a lot of skills and knowledge to be a good listener, how to handle various situations, and how to resolve issues. I'm looking for the opportunity to join your DMV technician team.
