If you have completed your degree then it should be an easy question to answer but in case you haven't completed it and still doing it then you can tell that to the interviewer. You can add that you try to update your knowledge by reading, subscribing to newsletters if any, etc. But if neither of the two is the case, you can simply tell the interviewer that you plan on doing it in the future stating a time line for that.
