We are all embarking on the same journey together, and I hope to develop community and comradery with those I would be working most closely with. Next, I would want to familiarize myself with a brand new facility and see my workspace. Learning and knowing the lab space would be vital as well on my first day. Last, I would want to formulate a plan for what the first three months would look like during training and get a schedule coordinated as best as possible."
