"I am pursuing a career as a pediatric pharmacist after watching my little sister in pain after a major accident. The healthcare team was incredible, but the pharmacist stood out the most to me because she was able to relieve my sister's pain without any adverse effects. She took the time to get a thorough history from my parents to ensure my sister was not allergic to any medications or taking any medications that would adversely interact with the pain meds.
