Rotations in pharmacy school are designed to give students diverse experiences, including shadowing pharmacists, involvement with direct patient care, creating care plans, participating in community health education, and participation in the drug delivery process. Every pharmacy school will have slightly differently designed programs, but rotations are generally in internal medicine, critical care, pediatrics, emergency medicine, infectious disease, and transplant, to name a few.
