Physical Therapy programs are academically intense programs. How do you plan on managing the stress of the school?
PT programs' main goal is to educate their students well and have them matriculate. When answering this question, be sincere. Recognize that there will be difficult periods during PT school with lots of stress, but emphasize stress management techniques you can fall back on when things get intense.
"I have thought a lot about the stress that comes with graduate school programs. In undergrad, I did not have the techniques that I have today to manage my stress and performed poorly one semester. I learned from that experience, and I now incorporate mindfulness techniques like sensory mediations and get regular physical exercise outdoors to clear my mind."
