"I think every healthcare organization, both large and small, is currently feeling the direct effects of the nursing shortage and the stress it is putting on the workforce and patients. With no real solution in sight due to the many reasons for the shortage, those of us currently in the field need to have a refreshed mindset and positive attitude. I haven't been exempt from this issue in my current role, but continue to be diligent in my focus and willingness to chip in where needed.
