Network resources significantly impact an organization's operations, so they need to be available and match the needs of each department. "An organization's network infrastructure is simply a tool that users and departments across the organization use to accomplish their business objectives. I recognize this and seek to develop and manage network infrastructures that support the company's needs. To do this, I collaborate closely with the business leaders in each department within the organization. When communicating with them, I use clear and non-technical terms to describe the resources I can provide and how they function. I've also taken some business courses, so I better understand the functions of each department within the organization. This helps me design network services to support these."
