There are publications, webinars, conferences, podcasts, in-person training, and continuing education courses to offer training in the latest trends. The interviewers want to see that you take your profession seriously by staying current on what's happening in your industry. When responding to this question, describe all the different ways you stay current. The more methods you have, the better.
